We are currently developing 10+ products with the uPSD33XX family of parts

We have noticed on several occasions (3-4) that program flash memory seems to get corrupted during power cycling. This problem has occured only a few times during our testing of several products under development .

My question is has anyone else experienced this and what might the cause be. We are experienced developers but are new to the uPSD parts.

Thanks for any help or suggestions

Mike

Could the post by 'Mike-ski' be related?

I just received a call from a customer who reports that the software that we programmed in 'disappeared'. They reprogrammed the part and it is now working OK.
We use FlashLink (FL-101B) to program the parts. All parts are tested 2x after programming. This is for a upsd3253.

Any suggestions? Is there any methods for the a flashed programmed part to lose its programming? There is no bootloader in this part.
Thank you.
