Hello, it seems that the datasheets for the ST52F501/502 are only preview. do you know if the ST52F501/502 are already available or when will they be ? (or especially the ST52F502LK2T6)

well, I just discovered the ST5 family yesterday (and was thinking it was just what I was searching), but I think I need to search something else today.. 
I can't fint any ST5 listed somwhere in France for I can simply bought (in low quantity for now).. radiospares or farnell only have ST6 or ST7 and the official distributor (so even with bigger quantity) I questioned yesterday didn't know ST5 and lead me to another MCU !!

well, I just see the selection guide here for the ST5. so now I know that all the 500,501L,502L,503,510,513 are all "future" products..
is there an estimation date for the avalaibility of those products..? the infos aren't clearly organized I think on www.st.com.. (that's better on stmcu.com)

Hello Fred,
as you well understood, unfortunately these products are not yet available. Concerning 500,503,510,513,514 devices they will be available before the end of 2004. 501L,502L not before march 2005.
For getting some devices please use the buy online in st.com
Concerning ST5 information and documentation for the moment please use stmcu.com

Hello Fred,
the F501L low voltage serie of ST5 family is currently under development and first silicon samples are already available.
Generally the distribution of samples in this stage is limited to few beta customers, that are directly supported by ST in their development.
Datasheets of this product will be available in the form of "Product Preview" until a completion of product characterization.
Meantime a preliminary datasheet or a set of preliminary measures are available for beta customer and on request.
Though we forecast this product in full production on the market by early Q2/05, samples can be available at distributors already in Q1.
Would you need samples or further information on ST52F501L, do not hesitate to contact us to establish a direct link with your company.
Concerning the ST52F51x serie (2.7-5-5V), I inform you that you can find SO20 parts (code: ST52F513F3M6) at Silverstar/Arrow, where you can ask to insert an order for other packages upon your needings.
